Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

Real Chinese Names is intended for lawful personal language and cultural naming consultation. This policy applies to questionnaires, recordings, support messages, feedback, and any other material submitted to the service.

Prohibited material and requests

You must not use the service to submit, request, create, or distribute:

• Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or rights-infringing material
• Harassment, threats, hateful abuse, targeted humiliation, or promotion of violence
• Sexually explicit, pornographic, or other NSFW material
• Impersonation, identity fraud, fabricated credentials, or misleading claims of official approval
• Malware, malicious links, automated attacks, scraping, or attempts to bypass access controls
• Passwords, complete payment-card information, government identification, or unnecessary highly sensitive information
• Personal information about another person without a lawful basis and appropriate permission

Unsupported naming uses

The service must not be represented as legal-name approval, government registration, trademark clearance, professional certification, fortune telling, bazi, feng shui, or legal advice. Recommendations may not be resold as if created or endorsed by Real Chinese Names.

Minors

A service concerning a minor must be ordered by a parent or legal guardian. Do not submit unnecessary information, images, recordings, or identifiers relating to a child.

Enforcement

We may ask for clarification, remove prohibited material, refuse or stop an unsupported order, restrict access, or report unlawful activity when required. Refund eligibility after a policy violation depends on whether work has begun, costs already incurred, applicable law, and theRefund and Cancellation Policy.
