Real Chinese Names provides digital consultation and reports. No physical product is shipped and no shipping fee applies.

When the delivery clock begins

The standard delivery target begins after both payment confirmation and receipt of a sufficiently complete questionnaire. If essential information is missing, we will request clarification and the delivery clock begins or resumes after the necessary response arrives.

Standard delivery target

The standard target is three business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays observed by the service team, and are calculated using Asia/Shanghai time.

A package may state a different timeline at checkout. The timeline displayed for that order controls when it differs from this general policy.

How delivery works

We deliver to the email address used for the order, normally through a private report link or downloadable digital report. You are responsible for entering an accessible email address, checking spam or filtered folders, and protecting private access links.

What each package includes

Package deliverables are listed on thePricing page and confirmed before checkout. Delivery is complete when the listed report or assessment is made available through the stated delivery method.

Delays

A complex language question, missing customer information, service outage, security review, or other exceptional circumstance may cause delay. We will communicate material delays using the order email. Customer response time does not count toward our delivery target.

Access problems and non-delivery

If the expected delivery email does not arrive, contactsupport@realchinesename.comwith the public order ID. Do not send a private access token. We will verify the order and resend or restore access when appropriate.
